We are looking for native speakers of English, Danish, Swedish, German, French, Spanish and Italian to fulfill the Customer Service Representatives vacancies in our office in Bucharest.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The position involves taking/making calls, writing emails and informing the customers according to the data in the system
Offer customer support using different software applications
Keep record of customer transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
Handle our clients' calls/requests in an effective and pleasant way, with high professionalism and to the very best of your ability
