One of the projects you will be involved in is for a well-known telecommunication solutions & services provider and for this project you will be part of a Pentalog team made of
- 3 Senior Java Developers
- 1 Java Software Architect
In this role, your main responsibilities will be:
- Constantly searching for useful information in order to better respond to the client needs
- Writing, compiling, debugging and executing source code, algorithms and data structures
- Able to deliver high quality solutions to agreed specifications and within agreed timescales
- Writing technical specifications for an effective implementation
- When necessary, code re-factoring in order to optimize the application
- Handling code versions, software revision management systems, merging of different source code tracks
- Specifying, developing, setting up and maintaining a design environment (manual as well as automated)
- Acting as an adviser and mentor for other less experienced team members if necessary
- Proactive attitude in identifying soft related problems and suggesting optimization solutions
- Writing documentation and reports for all development work undertaken. |

- Managed Objects Experience / Expertise
- Expertise in development platforms & frameworks and in representational languages (e.g. UML, XML)
- Technologies: Spring, Hibernate / JPA, Struts 2
- Development environments: Eclipse, Ant, Maven
- Application server: Jboss
- Databases: Oracle, MySQL;
- Knowledge in: Seam, Rich Faces / JSF and Jasper Reports
- Previous experience with BPMS (Ultimus, ActiveOS) and BO will be appreciated
- English – advanced level. |
